• Subscription Management: Vendors can manage, upgrade, or downgrade their subscription plans through their dashboard. Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Automatic Renewal: Membership plans will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the vendor prior to renewal.

5. Product Listings and Descriptions

• Product Accuracy: Vendors must provide accurate and detailed descriptions, including images and videos, for all products listed on the platform. Misleading or false information is prohibited.

• Prohibited Items: Vendors are prohibited from listing the following items:

  • Counterfeit or unauthorized replicas of products

  • Stolen goods or products with serial numbers removed or altered

  • Hazardous materials, including chemicals, explosives, and toxic substances.

  • Illegal drugs, substances, and drug paraphernalia.

  • Weapons, including firearms, ammunition, and explosives.

  • Human body parts or remains.

  • Live animals or endangered species.

  • Adult content, including pornography or items of a sexual nature.

7. Delivery and Fulfillment

• Delivery Options: Vendors can offer different delivery methods, including pick-up, delivery by seller, and courier delivery. Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Pick-Up Locations: Vendors and customers are solely responsible for arranging and agreeing upon safe and convenient pick-up locations. We do not mediate pick-up location disputes.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method and location and will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Disputes: Any disputes regarding delivery must be addressed directly between the vendor and the customer. We may assist in resolving disputes but are not liable for delivery issues.

8. Returns and Refunds
